This is the place to go for breakfast. Don't bother with hotel continental breakfast. Go get some of this!

I've eaten here 7 times in the last 6 months. Everything from breakfast to lunch. I have enjoyed everything I've ever ordered. The staff is accommodating and efficient. Keep in mind, made from scratch so food may take a few minutes longer to come out. My favorite are the different quiches and the eggs Benedict. I usually agonize over the menu because it is so big and everything looks so good. In my opinion, no matter what you order it will be yummy. Great portion sizes, many options and they never let your coffee cup go dry. They get busy at the height of the season, so try eating breakfast a little later or very early. They will accommodate larger groups 8-10, just call ahead and let them know. No matter when you go, it's worth the wait!

Great food, been here several times for breakfast. Always eat here when visiting Cocoa Beach. Pumpernickel bread is nice, always buy a loaf Togo.

Love this place. Come early as it's jammed by mid morning . Locally owned and operated. Everything is fresh and bakery is in site. Have eaten here numerous times and have been pleases with everything. Love the special touches on everything. Simple syrup for sweetening assortment of jams. One small disappointment us the water from the rap isn't very good . Will always be top in our list for a weekend treat

My favorite brunch spot in Brevard County! Everything is always delicious and the food comes out fast! Good service but be prepared to wait at least 20-30 mins for a table... There is always a wait list every time we come especially during the weekend!

I loved this place for breakfast. It is pretty small and as others have said a converted house, but don't let that stop you. It is painted cool colors and decorated nice. I had crepes stuffed with sautéed strawberries and bananas. I also had a side of sausage. The people I wae with all had stuffed French toast. That is homemade bread stuffed with want ever you want. That also looked really good. Be there when they open since there are not a lot of seats. I really liked it.

Simply amazing. The menu had plenty to offer. The staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered the omelette with spinach, feta and tomatoes with a side of 1/2 potatoes 1/2 fruit and biscuit on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection, tasted fresh, came out hot and the portions were large. The biscuit comes with three delightful jellies and butter. It's a cute place, go early or be prepared to wait.

Beach breakfast done right! Just finished an amazing breakfast at Simply Delicious. End your search for Cocoa Beach's best breakfast: this is your place. Fresh, full of flavor and served with love. Yum!

Food was good, but the service was frenetic on the Saturday that we went. Not the relaxing 9am breakfast I envisioned. Felt rushed. Coffee was more like a coffee bean waved over a cup of hot water. We had to ask for espresso to strengthen it up. Good thing, the waitress brought several shots in a large cup for us to pour into our coffee. That was nice. But, then we had to wait almost 10 minutes at the register to check out while she ran around the restaurant (literally running). They need to hire more people or were short handed that day - - I hope. Just have to assume we were there on an off-day, for 9am to be that bad. But, I started with the food was good and that's where I will end up...The food was good. I'd give the food a 4, but the service a 2.5 at best that day.

Spent the night in cocoa beach before leaving on our cruise and found this place in yelp. Great breakfast selections. Sweet and savory. I went with their quiche. They provide 3 selections of the day. I went with the mushroom, spinach and pepper jack and a side of grilled red potatoes and onions. Was not disappointed at all. Quiche was very light and creamy. But WOW were those potatoes delish!!

We were very pleased when we walked up extremely cute and clean establishment. They obviously take pride in what they do. Food presentation was outstanding. We ordered the eggs Benedict, seafood Benedict and an omelet. Everything was fresh and obviously handmade including the bread. I highly recommend this place and will be back the next time I'm in town.

After a week in the Orlando area with extended family, my husband and I took our 10 month old to Cocoa Beach for the last night of our vacation. Reading the reviews online for Simply Delicious led us to this adorable breakfast cafe'. The menu was filled with items that made my mouth water, but I went with the blueberry & cream cheese stuffed French toast. It was made with their homemade sourdough bread & fresh blueberries. The portion size was huge - I barely made a dent in 1/2 of it. My husband really prefers tex mex type breakfasts but decided to give the eggs Benedict a try & was not disappointed. The eggs were cooked perfectly & the sauce was creamy. He had a side of potatoes w/ onions that were just the right amount of crispy. The staff was very accommodating for our infant & brought us out some toast for her before the rest of our meal. We tried her toast, which came with 3 homemade jellies - all wonderful. Absolutely suggest stopping in. By the way - we got there around 9:15 AM on Sat morning & had no wait for a table, but it filled up shortly after we arrived. There is parking behind the restaurant.

Homemade bread. Delicious food indeed. Really nice and cute place. Everything was very clean. Coffee was also yummy. Waitress was really nice but forgot a couple of things we asked for during our meal. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

  • Erich Z.

We enjoy breakfast here most Sundays. All homemade bakery, the best Eggs Benedict, huge omelets, etc. None better in Cocoa Beach....limited seating but worth the wait.

    (5)
  • Andrea N.

Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Accommodated a party of 8 on a busy Sunday morning quickly, and we all enjoyed our meal. Biscuits and gravy, crepes, pancakes, eggs and more. Happy full bellies all around.

  • Lynne S.

Home baked goods to the fresh selections of fruits you can't go wrong! My friend and split the omelet cause it's huge! Brunch on Sundays 8 to 2 closed Monday !

  • Josh L.

Two words......Simply Delicious. If your considering the French Toast, I would recommend the half-order. It was plenty of food and we had left overs. The chocolate chip stuffing in the French Toast may require an insulin shot, but it was well worth it.

  • Brittany A.

Delicious food, good service and friendly staff! We had the eggs Benedict and an omelette and both were great. The potatoes and homemade bread were very good, too. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast or brunch!

  • Karin M.

Delicious food - breakfast and lunch both available. Came from beach - staff didn't blink at our sandy feet and wet hair. Would love to try more menu items. Kids loved the build-your-own breakfast sandwiches for lunch and I loved the turkey Reuben.

  • James C.

Great food! Great service! We had eggs bene - one full order and one half order for my wife. My daughter and her friend split the french toast with nutella. Lots of food and was all soooo good! We will be back in the next day or two to try the waffles!

  • Cory P.

THE best breakfast in this area! The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5-stars is it always seems to take awhile when I eat here. It can get very busy, but what do you expect from a place that does such good food!? Overall, they have a creative menu and just awesome food!

    (4)
  • A P.

Found this gem via Yapta. We aren't exactly what you call "morning" people so finding a great breakfast spot that serves till early afternoon is rare & unusual. Got there shortly before closing & a fresh quiche had just been born. Mush, spinach & feta - fluffy & yum! My friend had a sandwich on sourdough that was amazing. Kudos!

  • Kathy-ann P.

The family had a large take-out order and was a little disappointed with the wait and having to come back for missed items. So if you choose to do take-out, check that you have all of your food and maybe go and do a light run in between. Other than that, the food was good, and the restaurant looks like a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal....Very quaint. My older daughter and I had a vegetarian-made omelette and it was huge, filling, and good. The potatoes were good too. My daughter had a biscuit and kept saying how good it was with every bite. My younger daughter had an egg-breakfast-toast sandwich with avocado and other veggies, and when I checked on her only a few minutes after she got it, it was almost done. She really enjoyed it. My son had the stuffed French toast and a blueberry muffin for later. He loved his food also. My husband had an egg biscuit with a few veggies; he loved the spread and freshness of the biscuit. We also had some pineapple cake for later and that was not bad either. I wished they had used some fresh pineapple for the fillings, because I found it a little too syrupy. Maybe they did and it was too sugary? The cake itself was moist and light.

Amazing service! This guy with a beautiful beard was our server today. Nicest guy. Plus the food was great!

Stopped at Cocoa Beach, after our family Disney Cruise vacation and found this breakfast/brunch spot. It's a cozy home turned Restaurant. The decor is Floridian. Love the colors and the vibe. But, even better was the banana stuffed French Toast, the Tuna Melt on Pumpernickel Bread, their Ruben on Rye, and their Quiche. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. They had a bakery too and we could not resist bringing some Chocolate Chip cookies and a Rocky Road brownie to go... This is a must go if ever in the area..

  • Acelyn B.

This restaurant may have been the very highlight of my Coca Beach trip! The place is very cute & cozy to match the beach feel of the area. We had breakfast here: biscuits & gravy, banana & chocolate crepes, potatoes, bacon, sausages. Everything was so perfect we licked our plates clean! Our waitress, Chia, was the best, too. (She may be the owner?) Warm and friendly service. She even packed a little to-go box filled with their homemade pastries for us to take home for free! And of course, those were just as tasty as our breakfast. I can't wait to go back. Simply delicious deserves it's name for sure!

  • Debbie D.

Been coming here for the past 20 years! Awesome food great service and wonderful ambiance !!!

    (5)
  • Helen B.

We love to bring visiting guests here. Larry and Chia care about quality food and excellent service. The piña colada cake is a must have. I just ordered a whole one for my birthday cake. The quesadillas are awesome, homemade tortillas and you can create any kind you like. I also like their raspberry tea.

    (5)
  • Andreea B.

The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming! It creates a great atmosphere. The cookies are great, too. I've been here a few times and never had any problems. Great customer service! Also, the portions are great!! Definitely try the japanese milk tea. It tastes like thai tea but better!!

  • Michael K.

Tiny little breakfast/lunch place & expect to wait... but for good reason. There are not many places around here that make real food, good food, original food. This place does, so if you want something that is not going to be carbon-copy chain restaurant food, go here... NOW. Have had Eggs Benedict here, Quiche & a BLT. All amazing. Yeah, even the BLT was somehow the best I have ever had. The Quiche was so light and fluffy! The Eggs Benedict... let's just say they make their own bread, and the sauce was clearly not the out of a jar stuff. Absolutely fantastic place.

  • Chris Z.

This place is easy to miss. It's right on Orlando but screened by foliage so it's hard to see the storefront from the street. But don't let that stop you from eating here. Mom and I stopped by for a bite. I had the egg sandwich and a side of biscuits and gravy. Everything was homemade and fresh. And the service was outstanding. The lady that runs the place seems to know everyone by name. Most of the customers were brought their usual without ever picking up a menu. My mom lives in the area and I'm sure she'll be returning.

    (4)
  • Bonnie M.

The name says it. Everything is homemade and wonderful! This is my absolute fav place for breakfast! Honestly, this is worth driving the hour from Orlando. Luckily, we're right around the corner. They have a few choices of quiche everyday, all excellent. And the best bacon! Homemade bread! This is the only place you go for breakfast, and get dessert after to take with. And... The owner always throws in a couple of "extras" with your bakery to-gos!

    (5)
  • Heidi H.

I would give it more stars if I could! Awesome place :) Loved everything about it!!! Excellent food! Fresh, hot, and so good :)

  • Travis L.

My girlfriend and I are brunch here the Sunday before Memorial Day... I ordered the eggs Benedict it was delicious and cooked to perfection!!! There was about a 25 min minuet wait but it was well worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive!! This should be your only stop for breakfast on the beach!!!

  • Rachel F.

This place is such a find! Let's start out by saying that everything here is homemade! You must try their varieties of homemade, thick sliced bread. I tried their stuffed French toast made with the homemade bread. I had mine stuffed with bananas and Nutella. Such a treat! But I made the mistake of getting the regular size and keeping it all to myself! As delicious as it was, it was almost impossible to finish the portion size! It was so good. My table mates all ordered delicious looking omelets. But when they came out, whoa they were huge! I did my civil duty and made sure I tasted them and all I can say is wow. Most people could not finish their omelet. But I think what is most important about this place is the atmosphere. One of the owners is a waitress, and she is about the nicest person possible. Her customer service was through the roof. She always made sure we had what we needed and was so friendly. As I was walking to the bathroom every table I walked by was raving about their meals. This place is a must! If you like breakfast, then you will love this place.

  • Jen L.

Enjoyed breakfast here while vacationing in Cocoa Beach. We tried the custom omelette and the steak and eggs breakfast. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. And the best part was the slice of pina colada cake we took to-go. Our only complaint was that the portions were too big. (Is that a real complaint?!) We definitely could have shared a meal and been satisfied. Fun beach vibe. Great service. Reasonable price. We'll be back on our next visit.

  • Andrew B.

This place has a bangin' breakfast! I would recommend one order of stuffed french toast with PB&J, and share it with your friend. There is too much food for one person, unless you're a very hungry person!

  • Erin R.

This place was an incredible find for an out of towner. We were the area for the Mars Science Lab launch and visited 3 times in week because the service was friendly and the portions were gigantic. Our third visit was breakfast before we started a drive up to Virginia- as we were checking out and chatting with the lady at the register and she asked what we were up to. After hearing we were starting a long drive home she loaded us up with baked good like cookies and such on the house. As someone who works on space missions I'm sure I'll be in town again, and that made sure I will stopping by Simply Delivious.

Great personal service and huge helpings! The Cubano Espresso is a MUST. Tried many things and they were all good, except the Crepes. They are pre-made and kinda spongey. Bread, Fruit, and omelets are awesome! Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes on weekends. It's worth the wait!

  • Rose P.

Cute little place with friendly staff. I ordered cream cheese stuffed French Toast, it was soooooo delicious! And I suggest the half order, because portions are huge! I also had the eggs Benedict which was very good except the "homemade English muffin" really didn't taste anything like an English muffin and was more of a bread consistency. It was missing the nooks and crannies. I did try the wheat bread which was very good and some of the sweets from the buffet were to die for. All in all a pleasant meal, and I would definitely recommend to others.

    (4)
  • Timothy D.

What a pleasant surprise, brunch was delicious! Homemade English muffins and pastries. We took a key lime pie to go! Service was very accommodating, all in a quaint Wood frame house turned cafe! Wonderful Floridian decor.

  • Topher S.

Homemade through & through. Even the restaurant is in a cottage.

Great little place, we had party of 5, everything was good, except sauce on eggs Benedict was cold...

  • Don F.

I wrote my first review in 2009, loved it. My second in 2011, loved it. Now I feel I need to review it again. This place just keeps getting better. We are locals, we love it, we eat here once a week. I keep switching up my breakfast orders...and everyone keeps coming up perfect. Show up around 9 a.m. for the best service. They should open up a place at the port when the new welcome center is built. Hint hint.

  • Jennifer R.

This place is pretty damn delicious. I order the stuffed french toast and the food that arrived was bigger than my head. Any time I am in Cocoa Beach around breakfast, this place is on my to-do list.

    (4)
  • Bob P.

Amazing food, huge portions, AND reasonable prices too! Will definitely be going back!

    (5)
  • Chris B.

Fun spot for weekend breakfast/brunch. That's the only time I've gone, so it's all I can recommend. The breakfast portions seem to be pretty gigantic. So come very hungry or just be prepared to take a good amount home (which they wrap up for you in various foil "animals"... kinda fun) I've enjoyed their stuffed french toast, pancakes, home fries, and iced coffee drinks. All of which are massive. Not joking. If you come on a weekend for breakfast, be prepared to possibly wait a bit. It's a popular place during that time and stays crowded. I haven't tried any, but they have a big bake case in the front selling all sorts of cakes, cupcakes, etc. Will have to try something next time we're there.

  • I V.

Good fresh food! I had the stuffed French toast with bananas. Everyone raves about the stuffed French toast so I had to try them myself. I was a little dissapointed....maybe I should had them with strawberries. Oh, well. I gave this place 4 stars because of the freshness of the bread, cleanliness, and friendly service. If I was ever this area again I diffidently would come again for breakfast or lunch.

    (4)
  • Jeremy B.

Best place for breakfast in cocoa beach... Period. I'm so full, I gorged myself today; I had an omelette 2 pancakes and biscuits.everything was perfect both food and service. They deserve these 5 stars.

  • Morris N.

On a Saturday around 10am the place was packed although the wait wasn't too bad, maybe 15 minutes. Service was decent and food came quickly. The omlette and side of potatoes were good. Prices were comparable to other breakfast places although portions were generous. Street parking was free and easy to find. It's worth a try.

    (4)
  • Laurie K.

A wonderful, wonderful place to eat breakfast or lunch. The only things that keep me from rating it a 5-star is the fact that, though the food was out of this world, the servers are a bit haughty and the prices are high. But the dining rooms are very cute and hippy, with comfortable, bright seating. Go for the food!

    (4)
  • Andrew M.

Cozy spot with friendly service and incredible breakfast. Steak and eggs included a melt-in-your-mouth filet cooked to perfection. I have never had a finer piece of meat on my breakfast plate. After this, the thin and dry steak served with eggs everywhere else will seem pathetic by comparison. Eggs Benedict were perfectly poached eggs on a house-made muffin with tasty sauce. Potatoes were delicious. The stuffed French toast was an enormous portion and split two ways was a hit with the kids. Coffee was decent and the staff was attentive. Overall we were blown away by the breakfast and we will be back next time we're in the area.

  • Betty G.

This is our favorite breakfast/lunch spot in cocoa beach. The food is exceptional, always fresh and well prepared. Portions are large. The staff is very friendly and efficient; everyone works together to get the job done. We've only gone during the week, so wait time was minimal. Can't say enough good things. Love it!

    (5)
  • Michelle S.

I stopped in for some "to go" items. I got a nice selection of cookies and pastry as well as a loaf of their fresh white bread. The bread is so good! I love fresh bread. Cookies and pastry were fresh and very tasty.

    (4)
  • Adam B.

Cute little place. Food was nothing out of the ordinary. Should change the name to Simply expensive. Wife was a little upset that it was $ 2 extra for egg whites in her omelet. Fruit should of been on a separate plate. The water from the fruit dripped all in my wife's breakfast. Eggs were fluffy. Grill was not working so, no french toast. Heard some other customers wanting french toast as well. We will not be back there.

Fantastic menu packed with quality and a homemade feel. Parking is a little difficult but it is worth the hassle! Don't let this little restaurants size fool you, this is a must stop for someone who enjoys a diverse menu.

  • Frank D.

Found this place on Yelp, and once again it delivered a gem. The omelet I had was the best I've had in recent memory. The atmosphere was great - the place is obviously a renovated house, but the tables aren't crammed in to the space. The restaurant is small and parking can be a bit of a challenge, but not if you arrive before the rest of the beach goers get up for the day. I added pictures from our visit.

The Pinacolada cake with coconut was Banging. Everytime i've went this far which has been about 5 times have been a good experience and the food has been consistant.

If you are a foodie then this is the place for you. They have the most amazing breakfast around and you can pair your breakfast order with an amazing treat from the bakery whether it is a muffin, slice of cake, cookies or other delicious baked good. This place is a must!!!

  • Britny M.

So good! We were pleasantly surprised! Our food and service were delicious! Almost every meal comes with a pastry too! There were also gluten options.

An epic breakfast can be had here for a very reasonable price. Best breakfast and pastries on the space coast.

  • Ashton S.

This place has such a cool vibe. It's a sweet little place and our waitress was so nice and very considerate. I got stuffed French toast and it was really good. Very filling!! The quiche was delicious too. The potatoes and onions were delicious and I love how fancy they make their chocolate milk. Only thing was that we waited for our food for quite some time, however our waitress was very sympathetic about it and even gave us a free brownie (which was the bomb!) I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. It's a bit pricey as well, but it's a great place to go when you visit the beach!

Although I regularly use yelp to find new places when traveling, I stumbled on this little cafe after having entered another well reviewed restaurant and stood at their hostess stand for over 10 minutes without seeing any person. Is this place the best ever, simply no. However, they do an excellent job of serving fresh, home made style plates with generous portion sizes that are often difficult to find in touristy beach front areas. The fare is simple, but with nice touches like a broad selection of sides for the customer who likes a choice, and the price is fair. I finally decided on a grilled cheese on hand cut sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese and a Greek salad as a side. The grilled cheese was nice and thick, perfectly grilled and not too chewy! The Greek salad was properly dressed and included a generous portion of fresh, crisp romaine. They also offer bakery items, and the mud pie brownie (not sure if this was the actual name) that I had was very good, although a bit drier than I would normally prefer. Still it was more than enough to share, even though I consumed every last bite! This place is small and popular, so you will have to wait during busy meal periods like on Fridays and the weekend. And yes, like some reviewers say, there is only one bench to sit on while you wait (which is obviously due to the size of the place). Still, this place has been popular with locals and tourists alike for many years which says something about consistency and quality. My service was perfect, which can't really be improved upon! When in Cocoa Beach, give this little place a try. If you are a fan of the big chains, then this place is not for you. If you like having a tiny adventure, then this place is just right. A memorable experience is sure to be created with the uniqueness of this tiny dot on the map!

Great atmosphere good food! If you want to enjoy a really good breakfast, skip the chain restaurants and go there. Yummy food!

Super cute, super delicious, wonderful spot to stop in before the beach. The bread is homemade, I got a breakfast sandwich and it was fabulous. Prices are great, so was the service!

  • Shannon P.

It truly was simply delicious!! Everything seemed fresh. I don't know if they were short staffed but it took a little bit longer than I'd expect. But the food more than made up for it!

  • Marc W.

Good. Out of the way but decent place for breakfast. Atmosphere leaves lots to be desired and service is pretty slow but food is well made and portions are excellent. They also aren't very well set up for large groups, although they were accommodating and made it work.

    (3)
  • Al O.

Most places do not live up to their hype. Simply delicious is the exemption that proves the rule. Steak and eggs were prepared perfectly. French toast is enormous and if you finish the four gigantic prices your pancreas may explode from over exertion. Malted waffle was crispy with a tasty sautéed strawberry topping. Most definitely the best breakfast in Brevard and arguably best breakfast in Central Florida. We will definitely return next time we visit Cocoa.

  • Cori K.

I had the omelette with avocado, olives & feta. I had the potatoes & multigrain bread as my sides. It was fantastic! The feta was creamy & not dry like normal feta from the grocery store & the avocado was buttery & delicious cooked in the omelet instead of cold. You get so much food for the price. The waitress was friendly & the decor was cute. We had two toddlers with us & they actually had a table in a back room where we wouldn't disturb others with the loud screeching of children & they even had a few toys for them to play with at the table. It was wonderful & we can't wait to go back! They just need a bigger place!

    (5)
  • Rob W.

If you arrive at a peak time you will probably have to wait a bit to get a table. Do not be perturbed. This food is worth waiting for. Fabulous baked goods, coffee drinks and freshly prepared food. I would have to say the omlette served with fried potatos was one of the best I have ever had. The deserts in the front display case are phenomenal as well.

Went to try this place based on the good reviews on Yelp and was very glad that I did! The place looked really adorable. I got the mahi mahi sandwich with tartar sauce on the side and pasta salad. The sourdough bread was so fresh and delicious. The mahi mahi was delicious as well! Tartar sauce seemed to be homemade and was very tasty. The pasta salad was very colorful and yummy. The portion was very large so overall this place was awesome.

Parked in the lot around back. Restaurant was a little crowded, but the service was excellent. My little sister was quite pleased with the whipped cream and sprinkles on top of her hot chocolate. The waitress made a custom sandwich for my mom. The whole family loved their food. The portions are huge, so I would definitely recommend getting a half order. I had the stuffed french toast with cream cheese and strawberries. Best breakfast in Cocoa Beach.

Stopped by this place before we left for our cruise. You'll want to keep your eyes out for this place since we totally missed it the first time we drove past it. This place looks like it once was a house but now turned into a cafe. The decor is eclectic, lots of bright colors. At the front, there is a case of pastries - all of which look so good. But we were there for one thing - breakfast! True to its name, the food is...simply delicious. The menu offers your typical breakfast food. We all got something different so we could try more things off the menu. We tried the pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, omelette w/ chicken, mushrooms, and cheese, and steak & eggs. All delicious! The cafe also serves japanese milk tea. Boba is a weakness of mine, so I HAD to try this. And it did not disappoint. They give you a large cup of it, I could hardly finish it. Most of their meals come with bread, which is homemade. So good! Service was great! The owner took good care of us. Very friendly. She even gave us a couple pastries to take with us since she knew we were leaving for a cruise. As a big fan of breakfast foods, I'm disappointed this place is all the way in Florida. But it's also a good thing because if this place was closer to me, I'd probably be here all the time. If you're ever in Cocoa Beach, definitely check SDCB out. You won't be disappointed!

You MUST try this place. We had lunch. Turkey and Avocado on homemade Pumpernickle bread and a BLT with avocado on Pumpernickle. Both sandwiches were huge (could have been split) and just delicious! Loved the basil mayo that comes on them! Super friendly staff. We bought a few pastries on the way out and they threw in a few extras for free! Great local place. A must try.

The cake we had made was delicious. The cake that is meant to serve 10-12 people will feed 20-30. Six layers of overpowering sweetness. This place is a cafe as well. Wish I had an opportunity to try their food.

Went to Simply Delicious for lunch based on it's Yelp reviews, and it definitely did not disappoint! I originally ordered the quiche, however they server came back and said they were out of it (not surprising b/c it was 2pm and they close at 3). I reordered the grilled PBJ on sourdough and my bf got the Mahi Rueben. After the quiche re-order the server brought us out a few pastries on the house as an apology for being out of the quiche. All of the food was abundant, delicious, and homemade. While they had me at 'homemade bread,' I was really sold by the quality of all the food and the attentiveness of the servers! What a great find!

The bread was freshly made and fabulous. I had the grilled mahi mahi sandwich with shrimp bisque, my mom had the mahi mahi Reuben and they were both delicious! Our server, Chie, was so sweet, attentive, and friendly. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would come back if I were in the area again!

Service & food was awesome! They have large portions so you can share. You have to try the Nutella stuffed French toast!! So yummy. If you like your coffee strong make sure you order and expresso or Cuban coffee because their regular coffee is not that good, it's really watered down.

Fantastic Tuna Sandwich - big enough to split for 2. We also split the Key-Lime Pie (yummo) not a huge portion of pie that was $3.50 for a slice. Coffee was very good too. 5 Stars as Sandwich is an excellent size and very generous with the Tuna and toppings. Great value for money Excellent quality of food Waitstaff are friendly and knowledgable

"Simply Delicious Meals at Simply Delicious Café & Bakery" Not too many tourists know about this small quaint café nestled in a former Cottage Row building. They are missing a real hidden gem in Cocoa Beach. Although known for their delicious breakfasts, which all the locals love, I have never dined here for breakfast. I usually do not eat big breakfasts but I do enjoy going out for lunch. Their lunches are just as great as their breakfasts. I have been here at least five times - each time for lunch and I have never been disappointed. Two weeks ago, my husband and I came on a weekday and the place was quite busy. A server showed us quickly to a table and brought menus immediately and our beverage orders taken. I had a delicious appetizer - a Quesadilla, $6.95. I ordered mine filled with both avocado and chicken- extra charge. I simply could not finish it. My husband raved about The Cali, $7.95. The sandwich had Grilled Avocado, Eggplant, Red Onion, Tomato, Bean Sprouts and a delicious Basil Mayo. His order came with a side. After a little bit of encouragement by our server, Christine, he chose a Rocky Road Brownie for his side. We both shared the huge portion served to him. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We sat at a table on cute black chairs with steaming hot coffee cutouts on the back. On the table were colored linen napkins wrapped around our utensils. The walls are a warm tangerine/orange color. Each room in the restaurant is a different bright color - green, yellow, orange or blue. Many small mirrors and other new age items adorn the walls creating a cheery welcome for diner. One cozy room has a fireplace, surfboard and a palm tree. The restaurant has many decorations for Christmas. You almost feel like you are in your neighbor's home. There is a small tree in one corner of our dining room with festively wrapped packages under it. A life-sized Santa inside the front door greets customers. Holiday swags adorn the windows. Our next most recent visit happened just a few days ago. It was a Saturday and when we arrived at noon, the restaurant was full. We waited about 15 minutes before a table became available. This time we sat in the enclosed porch just inside the front door. The walls are a bright sky blue color. Our friendly and very personable server was the owner, a woman named Chia. She apologized first thing about our wait before even handing us our menus and utensils. The place was hopping but she took time to answer all our questions. My husband so enjoyed his previous order that he decided again to order The Cali. Since I was going to write a review, I wanted to order something different. This time I ordered the Reuben Sandwich, $8.95, which is quite popular here, our pert server said. After placing our order, at my urging, my husband decided to order something different too, so he added Vegetable (Broccoli) Fried Rice, $8.95 to his order. This is also available as Chicken or Shrimp Fried Rice for the same price. It included eggs, Green Onions, Bean Sprouts and other spices cooked in a Soy Ginger Dressing - Simply delicious! Everything arrived together and Chia stopped by several times to see if we needed anything. More mayo requested my husband; more water I requested. Within seconds, both arrived with a smile. My Reuben was huge with thick slices of grilled homemade rye bread filled with lean Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing and Swiss cheese. It was very tasty and I had a hard time finishing it. In the interest of this review only, I sampled my husband's huge order of Vegetable Fried Rice & it was delicious. We took home most of it to enjoy the nest day. Chia wrapped his leftover Fried Rice in a Swan shaped foil package. She also gave him extra Basil Mayo to take home since he found it so delicious. As I glanced around the restaurant, everyone seemed happy with his/her meals. Most diners stopped to pick up pastries before they left as did we. I ordered a slice of Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter filling and took it home for the next day. We both left satiated and happy with our visit and vowed to return. So come for one of their fabulous breakfasts or come for lunch. In either case, you will leave happy and full. Everything is fresh and homemade. If I ever do come for breakfast, I would try the Stuffed French Toast. Do not forget to pick up one of their homemade bakery items when you depart. There is parking on the street. Disregard the painted green curbs. At one point, the city tried to charge for parking within the green lines but after an uproar by the residents, they quietly scrapped the idea

Came down to Cocoa Beach for a business trip. Our tour guide highly suggested this place. He talked it up and I was not disappointed! Right off of A1A (the main road in Cocoa Beach), Simply Delicious is a must go-to restaurant. The building must be an old house just the way the rooms are designed and set up. The decor is very bright and happy. Think pinks, greens, yellows! The service was great, and the portions are perfect. The drinks come in big glasses not little tiny ones. I ordered the banana crepe. It was good, but I felt like it was a little dry but some syrup changed that. They offer many low fat or lower fat options such as turkey products and healthy choices such as fruit and healthy drinks. One of the few places where pasta salad can be ordered as a side for breakfast. The deserts in the pastry case look amazing! I was able to resist, but wish I would have gotten a piece of cake for the road. There is street parking available and there are open lots near close-by restaurants.

Great fun little cafe. Went for breakfast with a group and all truly loved their meals. The quiche was the hit with our group with the large French toast slices a close second. They don't skimp on the fruit sides and all of it was fresh. Service was very good and friendly and they were not trying to rush you out the door. Would definitely recommend and return on a future trip

Great place! We got there when they opened on Saturday. Our server was SO nice, and had great suggestions on the menu. We sat at a table for two that wasn't tiny, the way they usually are. Not at all noisy (which is important to me), and the food was VERY good. Probably will be back there again tomorrow!

The Grouper sub was SIMPLY DELICIOUS. I saw some of the other sandwiches coming out, and they looked great. We also got a white chocolate/mac nut cookie, and it was soft, chewy, and fantastic. I will definitely be back for lunch, and I hear that they have a great brunch too.

It came highly recommended by someone who lives in the area. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! The eclectic decor was bright and cheery! Staff was very friendly! The food came in generous portions and more importantly it was SIMPLY DELICIOUS!

If you like noise, crowded tables, uncomfortable chairs, overpriced food on teeny plates, stuffy air--then this is the place for you. I gave it three tries because a friend likes it. My version of hell, truly.

I met a couple of friends here. I'd never been. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, but that's fine when the food is as delicious as it was. The portions were big, too. Half of why my friends invited me was because you could pick a pastry from the display case to accompany your meal--free! Except that's not true anymore. Maybe I've lived in California for too long, but the coffee was only pretty good. I expected better. It did come in gigantic cups, though--again, portions were not a problem. The problem was, I finished my coffee...and waited 25 minutes for the waitress to come by before I could get more. As I said, it was busy--but apparently they Always have a 20-minute wait, so this was nothing unusual. For the same reason, I had no ketchup on my potatoes; after delivering the food, the waitress disappeared. We only saw her twice before she was actually back at our table. We were able to catch her eye both times. Both times, we got only the "I'll be with you in one minute" finger-raise. Needless to say, she was not with us in one minute, either time. It is rare that service is bad enough to make me unable to enjoy my meal...and remember that I live in the land of waiters and waitresses who all think they're already movie stars, so this is really saying something. I'd only go back if they let you call in and take out your order.

We stayed in Cocoa Beach for 5 days. We ate breakfast here 3 out of the 5 days. Despite the fact that breakfast at the hotel was free (more about that on another review). We missed one day because we tried the hotel and one day cuz they were closed. Great breakfast, plenty of real good food to arm you for the day. Homemade bread is fantastic. Bacon is tasty and cooked just perfect. Very nice and attentive staff. I don't know how widespread they do this, but as we were leaving on Sunday, the cashier gave us a couple of the yesterday's pastries to take with us.

On a whim we decided to try SD while on a beach trip. The interior is small but light and lively w/ lots of personal expression. Our server seemed experienced and humble --when she could have justifiably bragged about the the food and played up the name of the restaurant. The food was just simply delicious. Our group ordered a variety of items including French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, a fruit plate, the amazing, incomparable English muffin bread, and chai. The environment was both gourmet and casual. Portions were big and my daughters were delighted that their leftovers were wrapped in foil cats and bunnies. I wanted to try a muffin or cookie from the case but was too stuffed. Simply Delicious is simply delicious!

Thank you, yelpers! Reading these reviews and going for this dining experience is the exact reason why I yelp. Having people share honest opinions helps us find reliable restaurants. This one is a must visit! The space is a bit crowded so expect a wait if you are slow moving that morning, but the food is definitely worth the wait. The three servers that morning were hopping around attending to everyone's needs. My coffee cup was never below the half way mark, and every table was full. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. My friend had poached eggs which came with two sides plus extra thick cut toast. They have a lot of different options for sides including fresh fruit. I went for the pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious. You can order the number you wish to have. This place is more than just a must try. It really needs to be part of your day on the beach.

A truly amazing almost hidden little gem in Cocoa Beach! The breakfast /brunch/ lunch menu is extensive and could quite possibly satisfy any potential craving you could ever imagine! The pastry, dessert, fresh baked items pull at your heart strings as you nibble on a new quiche by the day (my favorite choice), stuffed French toast, crepes, and biscuits + gravy. The portions are quite impressive and the side options vary from fresh cut fruit to grits, to fresh house baked cookies. Service is hospitable and quite lovely! The owner has been my waitress on more than one occasion. I definitely look forward to visiting the next time I am in town!

Really good food, and great portions. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was the best I've ever had, but sadly one of my biscuits was stale. Everyone else in my party loved their food. Be prepared to wait, this place was packed.

We chose this restaurant for breakfast based off of other yelp reviews. Yes the food is great. However, the wait in a very cramped space, very hot along with $55 bill was not worth the great food.

An establishment that truly lives up to its name! My table of 5 all loved their meals, from French toast to omelettes and eggs to bacon, sausage, & fruit, it was all delish! The service was good as well as patient with our 89 year old grandfather. I see why there is usually a wait to get a table here and the food is fairly priced with HUGE portions. We were happy that Yelp helped us find our way to this little gem during our 1 night stay in Cocoa Beach for a family funeral.

It's in a small house turned into a restaurant. Always busy which tells you word gets around! They make everything from scratch! bread, jelly, you name it! i ordered the omlet for breakfast. You get to chose 3 items from a long list. Try the red potatoes! Soo good. My brother got stuffed French toast with cream cheese and blueberries. Tge service is excellent! even though they get busy, the ladies make you always feel like you are the only ones there! So good! I will take everyone who visits me out for breakfast at simply delicious!! The prices are decent. Not overpriced and the portion size is large. They even wrap your leftovers in a foil decoration.

Decided this was a must visit restaurant based on the great Yelp reviews. Maybe that's why I'm only rating with 3 stars; expectations were probably too high. Went for lunch. Maybe breakfast is really outstanding but lunch is more of a visual feast than the actual food. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich with fruit on the side. The sandwich appears to be huge. Actually way too big. It's comprised of really thick slices of OK homemade bread and then a standard service of fairly bland chicken salad. Now the salad does have a lot of chicken in it; it's just pretty bland. The visual is just a bit overwhelming for me. The other guest at the table ordered the chef's salad. Very nice salad with lots of items. Wish I had ordered that. At first prices seem a bit high but given the amount of food, I guess it's justified. Total tab for a chicken salad sandwich and a chef's salad with 2 ice teas was $27; with tip that seems high to me for quick afternoon lunch. When ice tea starts at $3 that should say something. I'd probably say I'd be happy to give the place another try for breakfast but there's two things standing in the way. First, parking is a challenge. There's just too many other places to try instead of looking for parking. Second, the staff didn't seem particularly interested in the customers. When we sat down there was a table that seemed to just be in a bad mood. The wife was nitpicking everything it seemed. When they left I mentioned to the waitress that the couple seemed a bit upset. The waitress commented that she hadn't noticed. As our meal progressed, I experienced what the nitpicker had. Another table came in and asked for the fan to be turned on. For me it was a bit chilly but they had just come from the beach. An employee turns the fan on high putting a real chill in the air. Actually it was very uncomfortable. No one bothered to asked other people in the room if the high speed fan would be a problem. This room has an 8 foot ceiling so the fan is about 4 feet above the head. Given these little issues, I won't be heading back. For those really addicted to the Yelp reviews, give it a try. For me it's one of those places that really pulls in the tourist and has some loyal local followers. Cute place, pricey and OK food.

We were heading to a different restaurant and it was either too early or they were closed, their loss our gain! I had turkey club and my wife had egg salad, both on the most amazing pumpernickel Fast friendly and "Simply Delicious" The baked goods were absolutely fabulous as well, ginger cookies.....oatmeal raisin....rocky road treat ....and cream horns awesome...... Don't miss!!!

Great spot! I had a chicken salad sandwich. It was huge. I ate half for lunch and the other half for breakfast the next day! I had the macaroni salad for my side. It was a huge portion, but I didn't think it was very tasty. It got tossed. Great place to try...just don't get the macaroni salad!

Yelp steered me right for this place! I ate here for breakfast and it was execellent. An American breakfast which two eggs, two sides, and toast was only 7.99. Coffee was $2 and very high quality. The restaurant also provides free wifi for its customers. Remember to park on the street as your approaching the cafe, they don't have their own lot and parking across the street will get you towed.

In a town filled with tourists, Simply Delicious is an oasis. The food is all freshly made. There is nothing on the menu that I haven't liked. From the breakfast pastries, to the tuna and chicken salad. If you are within 30 miles of Simply Delicious, it is worth the drive. I traditionally order the strawberry stuffed french toast. It is amazing. I do not ruin the experience with any maple syrup. The dish is fantastic on its own. There can and will be a wait. It is total worth waiting for. Bring a newspaper or spend time chatting with friends.

A must for Cocoa Beach-goers! We stumbled upon this place when we were staying for a mini-cation in Cocoa about 6 years ago and now use any excuse we can on a Saturday morning to come here for brunch. The food here, exquisite. The cafe usually has two or three types of quiches that they make for the day, all very creative in their blend of ingredients. These, along with 1/2 fresh fruit and 1/2 potatoes is the perfect brunch food. We usually get it to-go, since we rarely make it out this way without our furry kid, but it is always great. They even have fresh baked goods to take with you for a sweet afternoon treat and every single one of them is divine. Heath cookies? YES! Fruit tarts? Yes!!! Some kind of cream-filled sweet cannolli? YES!!! This place is always hopping whenever we visit, so a wait is to be expected, but is WELL worth it.

SDCB is great place to have breakfast. Try the breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, ham and a croissant. It comes with a side. The turkey sausage is good. If you like french toast, order it here. The portions are generous and the food is hot!

Omg this place is yum! Everything I had there was fantastic! Even the espresso shot came with steamed milk on the side it was so good I dreamed about it! I had the Mahi Mahi ruben sandwich that blew me mind! The side salad comes with all these sprouts and yummy things in it and it's all so fresh it's like u toss it up in the air and it turns into sunshine! Don't miss this gem. There is a line out the door down the sidewalk every weekend. All the locals go there. They make all their own dressings and bake all their own bread. The eggs Benedict rocked with spinach and their own version of a English muffin that was so light and fluffy. Worth every penny. Yum! Don't threaten me with a good time!

Simply Delicious is an understatement. This is by far the best breakfast on the Space Coast. I had the eggs benedict. It was the first time that I had benedict in a cafe where the muffin was fresh baked!! Well, they are a bakery so maybe I shouldn't have been too surprised. The portion was way to big and the price more than reasonable. It is very busy on weekends so I went on a Friday morning and got great service. The atmosphere is funky fun but very clean. The staff was very friendly. I never asked for a doggy bag for breakfast before but had no choice because there was no way to finish it. They wrapped it in tin foil in the shape of a swan which surprised me because they were pretty busy. Parking was no problem on the street. Very easy to find. The bakery is about 150 yards south of the Kelly Slater statue heading south on A1A on the left side. Seriously, l challenge anyone to find a better breakfast. If one comes close let me know I will be there.

Simply Delicious is a real treat in the tourist trap of a town known as Cocoa Beach. After restaurant after restaurant of not-so-fresh fish, bar food and cheap tourist thrills, it's nice to find a place that just cooks yummy food, and doesn't focus on the bikini contest nonsense. We just wanted sandwiches done right, and the fresh bakery bread and delicious ingredients really took us by surprise in cocoa beach. I ordered the grilled avocado sub, and it really hit the spot. It's nice for a place to have vegetarian options beyond lettuce and a slice of tomato on a sandwich (which I've been served far too many times). My mother loved her fish sandwich, and the huge slice of coconut cake that came with it. I got a cream horn to go with mine and it was yummy as well, even if I'm not the biggest sweet tooth. My dad liked the fresh bread so much that he got a loaf to go, and we have been using it for sandwiches everyday. It really is good bread. The woman who served us was EXTREMELY NICE. I guess she was the owner because I think there was a painting on the outside of her family and herself. When we paid our bill she gave us a slice of banana nut cake which she said was older. It was yummy as well, especially the icing on it. My only complaints are it was a bit expensive and there was a bit of a wait. I guess its on the pricier side because they use great ingredients. Oh and we were really lucky to get a parking space because their are very few.

Ah, Simply Delicious, my old friend. Every time I visit, it's like we've never skipped a beat! The stuffed french toast is as awesome as I remember. I introduced a friend to Simply Delicious and he claims they make the best hollandaise sauce he's ever had. We were catching a flight later in the day, and the owner sent us off with care packages filled with some of their baked goodies. Sweet! Did I say "old friend?" Nah...we're practically family now! =)

The name says it all. Great breakfast / lunch spot with an extensive menu. Pretty standard fare but boy is it delicious. Also reasonably priced. Service can be a tad inconsistent when they are busy, but I take it as a sign of a successful mom and pop and cut them a break. Also, if you're into desserts/baked goods, they have a ton of delicious treats. Nice standout in Cocoa Beach. I would definitely come here multiple times during a trip to the space coast if it was convenient. Too bad they are closed on Mondays.

Walking up the vine stenciled ramp into this vividly bright colored quaint cafe, I was greeted with jovial smiles and cheery offers to sit any where I would like. I knew I immediately wanted the full order of the stuffed french toast. At the suggestion of the waitress, I decided to get two different half orders to try. So I stuffed one half with cream cheese while the other half was stuffed with peanut butter and grape jelly. Oh my. Seriously as the name of their spot states... Simply Delicious. Eight triangles of heavenly fluffy carbs... french toast, cream cheese, french toast or french toast, peanut butter and grape jelly, french toast... all sprinkled with powdered sugar made even more yummy with a light pour of some maple syrup. Once the bill was settled, I walked out with a cookie to go. They were very sweet and added some day old pastry items along with the cookie. A must go to breakfast/lunch cafe to

Had breakfast on a weekday. Plenty of street parking. My companion had steak and eggs, I the eggs with bacon. Both were cooked to order and delicious. Got pastries to go that we're scrumptious. Small interior with limited seating but didn't seems to be an issue mid morning.

Simply Delicious is aptly named. Everything here is absolutely delicious. The bread is made on site and everything is large. Lunch is great, but I prefer breakfast. This place definitely served one of the best breakfast I've ever had. I went there based on yelp reviews, and boy, everyone's so right about this place. The place is small, but looks very nice and cozy. The servers are great, always smiling. My friend had a Quiche, and I got eggs with toast, bacon, and grilled potatoes and onions. I tasted a little Quiche from my friend, it was delicious. Both breakfast were delicious. They bake their own bread, and the fresh bread tastes very good. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting the Cocoa Beach area to try this place, you'll want to go back over and over.

This place is so unique, ok where do I start? It's just as the name suggests, Simply Delicious! Huge portions and amazing quality! Everything made fresh to order from eggs to cake to fried rice and beyond. The owner you can see anytime you stop in running around being sweet and taking care of her customers. This place stays pretty busy and is very easy to pass so make sure to look carefully, you don't want to miss out !

This restaurant was truly ujust what it says, Simply Delicious. The staff is the most hospitable and welcoming I have experienced in a long time. The food is fresh and expertly prepared. The decor is simple and feels as if you are at a friends house for a casual meal. This is the best place in ALL of Cocoa Beach for breakfast or lunch.

Simply Delicious = amazing! Awesome brunch/lunch place. Food is ridiculously cheap, and they give you a ridiculous amount! Everything is really fresh - fruit salad, bread (pumpernickel, so good!) will definitely be coming back here. Waitstaff was super friendly and so helpful. They even wrapped our leftovers in cute little animal shapes :)

i had breakfast here with a friend last weekend for the 1st time. It truly was delicious! Everything is homemade including the bread. The portions are large also so you dont mind paying $9 for an omlet. Speaking of the omlet, you build it your way with up to 5 items!! You can make a great omlet with up to 5 items from a big list of options. The people were friendly but the place has limited seating which could be a problem during peak hours. i will definitely go back!

This place was great! We got excellent food ad service and good coffee. It was recommended by our concierge at the Hilton and glad she did.

Little hole in the wall with excellent breakfast selections. I had the stuffed french toast with (fresh) strawberries and it was "simply delicious". HUGE portions. A must try when in Cocoa Beach.

OMG let me tell you how amazing this place is. First off John and I were staying at a hotel in town and we didn't want to eat there so we found this place here on Yelp. It's inside this house turned breakfast nook. It was obviously very popular and we went on sunday morning so brunch was in full swing. They had everything you could imagine and a huge table of hand made and home made baked goods and sweets!!! I thought I was going to die after eating here. There was just way too much food and I wanted it all. We also ate on the enclosed porch so it was a nice view of the town bustling along on a sunday morning. If you are ever in Orlando or going to NASA I would say detour and take a trip here, it is well worth it.

The best place for breakfast or brunch. You can tell by the wait that this place is great. Lots of options and fresh pastries to choose from. The servers are friendly and efficient. Well worth waiting for.

If my husband could eat there everyday, he would. He loves going there for breakfast, and it is delicious and fresh. We visit my brother who lives in Cocoa Beach, and we come here a few times while in town. If I order something, and I can get the half order, I order the half order....it is plenty for me. Right now it is closed for vacation, they re-open July 6, 2013, and we will be gone. Sorry we missed them, but we will be back on our next visit. It is simply delicious!!!

After bad meal after bad meal on the Space Coast, we stopped at Simply Delicious on our way out of town. Very cute decor, and a luscious pastry counter right up front. When I told our server we were in a bit of a hurry (because the place filled up right after we walked in), she got things out very quickly. EVERYTHING was excellent. I had bacon and onion quiche, The Boy had crepes with strawberries and whipped cream. I only wish we'd found this place earlier, and had more time to linger. We will be back!

It's very small inside and parking is a pain, but the homemade bread is yum! Had the stuffed french toast the first time. So good! Had a turkey sandwich the next time. The bread really makes the difference. Can't wait to go back!

Can't believe we've been coming to this area for so many years and never knew about this little gem. Wonderful brunch and lunch place. Colorful, warm environment; delicious food that is unusually presented and prepared -- e.g., the stuffed French toast that others have lauded --; and customer-focused atmosphere. Both Chie, the owner, who served us, and the other server, whom we watched interact with others, are upbeat, personable and knowledgable. Highly recommended for locals and tourists.

If you are out at the Beach for the weekend or a Space Coast native and you aren't eating here regularly than you are missing out on not just the best breakfast you can find but probably the best breakfast of your life. This diner / surf hut / family breakfast nook is run by a wonderful family and is only open until 2pm and not on Monday's. You would think that limited access would hurt them but instead they are packed solid from open to close. I usually go on weekends and get the eggs benedict, my wife prefers the breakfast sandwiches but sometimes we will just have to order a half order of stuffed french toast or biscuits and gravy because they are simply delicious (See what I did there). Best Part - They make their own bread here, and it is UNREAL, so anything that you order that comes with or on toast is that much better than any other place where you may have had it before. If I have guests in for the weekend or we just want something amazing to add to a home cooked breakfast, than I will call the day before and order one of their famous quiches (you can pretty much choose any ingredient you can think of and they will hook it up). They also serve a few different kinds of quiche by the slice when you go into eat. The pieces are pretty big so one will do you. And if you still want more to eat Simply Delicious is also a fantastic bakery so make sure you pick up a piece of red velvet cake or a super large peanut butter cookie on the way out, if not get the pastry buffet with your meal for just a few dollars more and you can sample almost everything they make (the peanut butter pie will make you fall off your chair).

Upside: Fresh food, most of which is cooked well. We especially liked the quiche, pasta salad, homemade bread, fresh fruit and cookies. Friendly staff, mostly moderate prices. Downside: Wait times for seating & service of any kind during any hour the place is open. Definitely not enough staff here. As it is, the skeleton crew does its best, but seems quite frenzied and stressed, which sometimes makes patrons feel rushed and uncomfortable. Parking is tight, if available at all. (There is a tiny lot in back.) Can be noisy, depending upon patronage. As for food, I didn't care for the grouper reuben because the sauerkraut really overwhelms the fish. Wish they offered a plain grouper sandwich instead since I didn't feel like having a sub or a wrap. Not fond of the raspberry brownies -- overcooked, overpriced, very dry with no appreciable chocolate flavor. The raspberry swirls were like fruit leather. Wish we'd tried other pastries instead. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and will try this place again the next time we're in Cocoa Beach.

Simply Below Average!! After a promising start with a nice coffee, we waited 35 minutes for our order to come out. I ordered an omelette that, even after being made a second time, failed to have the right ingredients. My two girls ordered crepes that were absolutely awful and were not eaten. My orange juice had ice in it and was not drinkable. All in all, a terrible experience. I made numerous comments to our server and my experience worsened when I made a complaint at the register. The owner (as fate would have it... OUR SERVER) quickly informed me that other people like the crepes and I responded that we love crepes, just not hers. A patron then responded as to how much they hate tourist and suggested I go to McDonalds. Utterly ridiculous and laughable. I chose this restaurant because I did not want mediocre food. What a moron!! I am confident his sentiment does not reflect those of his community. What he failed to realize is, I, and my wife, are Florida natives. (I bet he isn't!) What I must say is, I do not write reviews, especially negative reviews, but I chose this place based on Yelp feedback. I have eaten in fine dining establishments all over the world and my favorite places have always been the small cafes tucked away in an obscure corner. To be treated as though I was the problem completely ruined not only my breakfast, but my entire day and I did not want you, my fellow readers, to not hear the complete story. If you are from out of town (90% of this community thanks you) but Simply Delicious will treat you as the scourge of the earth if you do not enjoy their mediocre food and deplorable service!! To take it one step further, their local patrons will verbally abuse you! I strongly suggest you research an alternative.

Nice, small, and cozy. The employees there are very nice, accommodating, and attentive. The bread is delicious, the cookies are great, and breakfast was generous. Eggs, potoatoes and bacon were excellent, definitely a solid breakfast choice. The seating is limited, so don't expect a lot of room. The place is bright and cheerily decorated. Recommended.

You can't go wrong with this place. It is GREAT! We first visited the restaurant in 2009. It can be difficult to find but it worth the trouble. My husband and I love to eat breakfast here. My coworkers and I have enjoyed lunch also. I had a friend who had Simply Delicious do her wedding cake and it was to die for. I recently left my job and my office ordered my going away cake from here. It was HUGE!!!! It took our office days to eat it but it was soooooo good! When we have family or friends come to visit, we try to take them here. Our last visitors loved it. You always get a lot of food and everything is homemade.

Tuna melt sandwich was the best i have ever had. magi mahi sandwich as great as well (according to my freinds who ordered it). Everything tasted homemade. It is a small place for the number of customers it attracts. the only thing i didnt like was our server was trying to rush us.

There was about a 10 minute wait to get in. Place was full of old people and fat people too. Had the French toast after reading all the reviews it seemed like the thing to get. Not impressed. I recommend half plate because full plate is a lot of food. The food was kinda tasteless and I don't usual say that about food.

Cute little cafe/bakery in Cocoa Beach. It was crowded, so we had to wait awhile for a table. Our server was very friendly. I got the chicken salad wrap with fruit. The fruit was high quality and delicous, not some cheap chunks of honeydew. The wrap was good, but the chicken salad REALLY needed some salt. Everyone else in my group enjoyed their food as well.

My mom and I took a last-minute trip to Cocoa Beach for the weekend and set off to find the best-of-the-best local fare. This place does not disappoint. Generous portions, homemade everything (including bread!). The stuffed french toast was amazing, and their omelets are light and fluffy. Service was great. Expect to wait, even if you get there near opening time. It's always packed. Wish I had a place like this near my house!

I live some what near this diamond in the rough. You walk into a place that's more than just warm and inviting with it's eccentric colors. It's eccentric array of food offers even the picky eatery no room to complain. From the mouth watering french toast to the breakfast sandwiches or even just the delectable pastries... you'll find yourself in a food lovers coma. It's name says at all

Expected more based on reviews. Pricey. Servings not large like stated before. French toast blah. Not very many choices of menu options and no protein served with many of the entrees (i.e. crepes, french toast). Waitress never checked back. Water not filtered.

The name says it all...the food here is simply delicious. This restaurant is housed in an unassuming building in Cocoa Beach. The food is lovely and obviously prepared on site. They serve lovely quiche and also a great eggs benedict (I'm very particular about this dish). The pancakes and waffles are also a great choice. You can buy a cookie after your meal to take along for your day at the beach. The service can be a bit slow, but the food is so good it's easy to get over that. It's lovely and friendly and crowded since the word is obviously out on this place!!

On Wednesday, September 23, 2009, our daughter rode her expensive road bicycle to Simply Delicious for lunch -- and her bike was stolen front the front of the restaurant where she had parked it. This occurred between 11 and 11:45 AM, while she was inside eating with friends. The bicycle that was stolen is a 2007 Giant - model OCR 3, extra-small women's frame; Peacock Blue with light Silver trim; Shimano shifting and Shimano clip-in pedals. If you see it, please call the Cocoa Beach Police. If you ride to the restaurant, don't park your bicycle out-front.

Service wasn't great on this busy Sunday morning brunch but the food was delicious. We didn't try the buffet of sweets (I don't eat much sweets any time of day, especially not morning!) and instead between the two of us we ordered a bran muffin, a side of fruit, and an omelette. Everything was fresh and delicious and HUGE portions. The omelette includes five additions (I got onions, spinach, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and avocado) and a side (I got potatoes) and a biscuit (or toast). It was big enough for two meals. If we had bigger bellies we could have added the buffet onto our entrees for about $6 more (each) but there was no way I could eat any more! Very cute place with nice ambiance.

I'm a big proponent of supporting small local businesses, so I was really excited when this place had great reviews and was so close to our apartment. However, I can honestly say I just don't get the hype. Yes, they make home made bread, but its completely tasteless and bland with absolutely no crust. My mom's bread machine used to make better white bread. The chicken salad and soup (and based on the s.o.'s comments, the turkey club) all suffered the same basic problem: they lacked balance and were in general just really generic. For example, the mayo taste was completely over powering in his turkey club, and my veg syrup was mostly tasting like broccoli. The chicken salad didn't taste like much of anything either. Its not that any of the food was bad (the italian soda I had was delicious), it was all just really mediocre. Well above edible, but I expect food at least as good as what I can make at home when I go out. I could do better, for less than $25 for two people at lunch to boot.

This place is amazing. We went in for a late brunch on a Sunday. Most of the group ordered their brunch which comes with a trip to their dessert/fruit table, drink of your choice, and an entree. Everyone loved their entrees (and we had 8 different ones) and the desserts were to die for, especially the Turtle Pie. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone The building itself is pretty cute too, it looks like a little house on the side of the road so it can be easy to miss. Parking is on the street, so keep watch as you come up on the address.

Yum! The best meal I had in Cocoa Beach! All their breakfast and lunch foods are made fresh-to-order. I had the grouper sandwich and highly recommend it. The sandwich bread was homemade. Ate here twice - other time had potatoes (which were fresh, not too oily and perfect), homemade whole wheat toast (came with three jams and butter), and turkey sausage (very good, but a little dry). Tried my friend's eggs benedict, which was amazing. Also bought some turnovers to go, mmm, and some cookies. There can be a short line, but this place is worth the wait.

Great food! Bad server! I am a local and usually get good service but they have one server that shouldn't be in the service industry. I would give a higher rating but can't get pass this bad server. If things improve I will adjust the raring.

I am not the biggest fan of breakfast, but we took my parents last weekend while they were in town. The food was great and it has a fun Key West style atmosphere. Sunday mornings they have an all-you-can eat pastry buffett which I didn't have, but everyone else really liked. The made to order omlettes were delicious and the only complaint I had was the service was a little slow. We will definitely go back.

We were in Cocoa Beach for three days, and this place was so good, we ate there twice. Each wall is painted a different color, some with polka dots. They serve cream and sugar in colorful plastic martini glasses. The staff wear cute aprons. Everything is bright and colorful. There was easy parking on the street in front. The employees were incredibly nice, and the quiches and muffins were wonderful. If you get a chance to try the peaches n cream muffin, do it.

This place was so great I had to go back twice in the 3 days I was in the area!! We started off with trying the pastries and cakes which were all very delicious, then the next time around we were there to order breakfast and lunch items. We shared the Stuffed French Toast with strawberries and cream and a Mahi-Mahi Rueben sandwich. Both were amazing and you can really tell they make their breads in house. I didn't know what to expect, especially from the Mahi-Mahi Rueben, but it was cooked well, and the flavors all worked together without any part overpowering another. The bread itself is already good enough, making the creativity of the dishes just that much better.

There's a reason why this is 1st choice on Yelp when you search for "brunch" in Cocoa Beach- THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I had a bit of a challenge finding it- as I was looking in the wrong side of the street. As expected, there was a bit of a wait, but nothing major. The service and food more than made up for the 30min wait. I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted to eat- so many incredibly sounding items. I had my eye on stuffed French Toast, but all the different items to stuff in that- AY VEY!!! I finally decided on the Seafood Eggs Benedict w/ crab & red potatoes. The Sunday Brunch buffet had so many choices: quiches, mini muffins, mini pastries, cheesecake, fresh fruit- I had a little of everything. My favorite was a cinnamon apple mini muffin. I can understand why there were few left. My eggs benedict was spot on! And the red potatoes were perfect!! I will definitely be back next time I stay over in Cocoa Beach. It was absolutely the best way to end an incredibly, long deserved mini vacay!!

Next to the beaches, Simply Delicious is why we continue to come to Cocoa Beach. The attention to detail, from thick-cut homemade breads to the to the bright and colorful décor, makes this place as much a destination as the surf. The quiche this morning (olive, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli and swiss) was divine! Made with real cream and a perfect not-to-thick crust. My husband had the Seafood Eggs Benedict with a perfect Hollandaise sauce complete with crispy, home-fried red bliss potatoes. Other mouth watering menu items include malted waffles; build-your-own omelettes and breakfast sandwiches; oatmeal, fruit platter, etc. and that's just breakfast! If you're visiting the Space Coast, Simply Delicious is a must. It will rival any cafe-bakery experience you've had. The food will not disappoint; it's always bright and clean and the staff cheerful.

Simply delicious is simply fictitious. We waited about 30 minutes to be sat, which wouldn't have been terrible if we loved the food we ate. Unfortunately for us, we didn't. We never got greeted by the staff, and had to put our own names on the waiting list because no one ever acknowledged us. I'm a huge "bruncher" so I was REALLY excited when I saw the menu! I ordered the Sunday breakfast buffet with a stuffed French toast, and my boyfriend ordered an omelette. From the breakfast buffet I tried the chocolate croissant (lots of chocolate but the croissant was hard), a quiche, rocky road brownie (good), and some fruit. When I came to the table, I offered my boyfriend just a little piece of watermelon until he waited for his food to arrive. He took it (and nothing else) and our server asked us if he "wanted to purchase a buffet too". See, I understand they need to make money, but a piece of watermelon? Come on. I was clearly the person who was eating everything else. I then asked her to warm up the quiche (since she offered previously) and never saw it again :( . Finally our food came, and the portions were HUGE. It looked delicious, but again, you cannot judge a book by its cover. My "stuffed" French toast was certainly not stuffed, and I had two whole pieces with nothing inside. I wanted to send it back, but I didn't see my server in time. The pieces that were stuffed were done so sparingly that it I could taste nothing but bread. My boyfriend's omelette had lacked any flavor & was overcooked and dry. The potatoes that came with it were OK. I understand they were busy, but it was just an overall underwhelming experience. I would try again in hopes to have a better experience since the other reviews seemed so great, but $35.00 for breakfast just seemed unreasonable. Sorry!

This place is adorable! I have been here tons of times but I've never taken the time to write a review. First let me explain this is a small old house turned into a restaurant. It's bright and colorful and has a beachy feel! I will warn you it's typically closed for a month in the summer so you may want to call ahead in the summer. I have only had breakfast here but my husband always has chicken salad sandwiches and loves them. The bread is fresh baked and thick and delish. I have had omelets, quiche and French toast here. All were delish! What makes the place special is that it has local owners and they serve homemade breads, cakes and pastries!

I have been to this place several times and I am always amazed on how full it always is, there food is simple yet full of flavored. Crowded and not the place if you're in a hurry, but the food is truly delicious if you've got the time. I had an omelet with a biscuit and gravy and everything was so good. My only disappointment was that I got a plain brownie to go after and it had several nuts in it which I'm allergic to. Sad to not get to eat it and to have wasted $3. 4 stars if it weren't for that!

Interesting circumstances found me visiting Cocoa Beach last weekend. And I knew I would want something to eat while I was there so I did some research and came across Simply Delicious Cafe. The restaurant is aptly named as the food was truly that: Simply Delicious. We shared a half order of the biscuits & gravy and I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich on sourdough. The half order was the perfect size to share without over-indulging. While I like my gravy with a kick (a la Maple Street Biscuit style), the biscuits really stole the show, I don't know what they do to them, but they were heavenly. Fluffy, yet substantial. Heavy, but not dense. Held up well in the dish and definitely enjoyed. My chicken salad sandwich was good. Again the bread - which is all made in house - was the star of the show. Thick slices of sourdough holding a plethora of chicken salad with all the trimmings. The chicken salad was good, but a little heavy on the mayo for my personal preference. And maybe they're aiming for it to be a subtle layer, but I was really missing the basil in the basil mayo. I rarely find a reason to venture past the I-4 interchange, but I'll definitely have to keep this little place in mind next time I find myself passing through Cocoa Beach.

Went to this little gem after a cruise to the Bahamas. Almost drove right by it. I would have loved to give it 5 stars but the outrageous add on prices kept me from doing that. After trying to navigate the menu for 15 minutes (lots of fonts and colors) we were ready to order. I had the custom omlette with spinach, mushroom, onion and pepper jack. I chose potatoes as a side $8.99 for 3 items, .75 for each additional. I asked for egg whites initially, I was told the substitution would be $3.00!! Seriously? My bf had the pancakes ($7.99 for 3 plus $1.95 for blueberries) and a side of potatoes ($3.95) with a small OJ ($3.00). They don't offer any combos such as pancakes, eggs and meat. Everything is a la carte. Now don't get me wrong, the portions were huge and the food was good, but a total bill of $28 for breakfast, and I drank water.....not a fan. Especially considering we just had an amazing fresh seafood dinner and spent $30 total.

This is my very favorite place to eat in Cocoa Beach. The quality of food is superb. Every item is made with great care. The owners are so hospitable that it makes you WANT to patronize them. Stopped there for bfast after getting off cruise ship, this may have been the best good I've eaten all week. And we had some fantastic food!! The taxi driver recommended this place. We were greeted immediately, had all kinda of luggage, they we sooooo accommodating! Then we ordered an omelet with onions, tomatoes, and bacon with American cheese. The best omelet I've ever had, and I've had a lot!! Could be the biggest as well. We also ordered a BLT with egg, fantastic to say the least! All homemade and fresh. The waitress could've been one of the nicest and smartest I've ever had. She not only asked if I wanted more coffee, but recognized that I had a half a cup going, and asked "was this cup good, or would you like to add more". Most of the time they don't get it, they just fill it up, and ruin your good cup of coffee you had going! We could only eat half of the food, which was such a shame, it was so good you wanted to eat every last bite. If you are in Coco Beach, and don't eat breakfast or lunch at this place, you are missing one the biggest treats you will have on vacation! You will not be disappointed, the best food and the best service that you may ever experience.

This place has never failed us. There is a wait some times, but it is worth it. Today I tried the stuffed french toast with nutella and banana as one other reviewer recommended. Delicious. They use their homemade bread, which is delicious all on its own. The portion is huge. Today I could only eat 1/3 of it and brought the rest home. My husband had an omelette with cheddar, hot peppers, and bacon. It too was more than he could eat and delicious. Their side potatoes are better than any of the chains or diners. The fresh fruit is top of the line. In the past I have had quiche and breakfast sandwiches as well. All amazing, more than one can eat, and well worth waiting. Service is busy but friendly.

My party and I stopped here for breakfast before going to the beach today and I am so glad we did! The homemade bread is phenomenal and is definitely a must have. We waited about 15 to 30 minutes but there was some seating and we were enjoying the wonderful smells wafting from the kitchen. Once we were seated, our waiter came over promptly and kept our mugs full. I ordered the omelet and it was super yummy. The rest of my family ordered the fruit platter ( super good watermelon) and the quiche. The portions were large but so good you absolutely want to take them home. (Or in our case the hotel... Yes they were that good) As we were leaving, we stopped at the baked goods case and got rocky road brownies and coconut pineapple cake. Can't wait to try both. Most definitely worth a stop back.

We went here last year, and I'm still thinking about it. Fun atmosphere and everything seems good. A great brunch spot: my favorite!

Ordered the pancakes and they were tasteless, dry, and hard. To top it off, they had onions on them because the cook didn't clean the grill from the previous order. Staff didn't apologize and made me pay for my coffee. All around terrible experience.

Had brunch here. I highly recommended the quiche, super tasty and good portion size. Place is on the small size but very comfy. Service is friendly and genuine. I love the jam they bring you and the coffee was awesome. Even if you see a line don't worry because it moves quickly and definitely worth the wait.

We returned to Cocoa on vacation, and came back to Simply Delicious for breakfast. Note: get there before 9:00 or expect to wait. I had one of the quiche specials, ham tomato and swiss - yummy! The boyfriend had a breakfast platter of some sort. He couldn't finish his biscuit so I had a bite and it was homemade and fresh. I loved the assortment of jellies they gave us too. I really want to try this place for lunch next time!

I will start and say I will not be able to write enough about how good this place was. My wife works for Disney Cruise Lines and cherish the time I have with her while she is in port. This place the service was great, very quick and the atmosphere is worth in this house converted to a restaurant. If you like homemade breakfast then you need to come here! If you sleep not then, have your McDonald's. I could sit and type up this great review as to why you should try this place, but take my word for it and just try it!

Best breakfast in town! This breakfast place was absolutely incredible! As per the reviews on here, I got the stuffed French toast filled with chocolate chips and cream cheese. It literally tasted like a chocolate cheese cake! We had to wait 20 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait! For two people, it was only $25. Once seated, the service was very fast.

The restaurant is a cute fro a remodeled house. A little cramped inside but comfortable and colorful. The folks were friendly and moved quickly. Our server was knowledgeable and kept a great smile on. The breakfast and bread were amazing. Great amount of food for the price and all home made. If you're in Cocoa Beach this is a must for breakfast.

1st time patrons. Exceptionally nice staff and very efficient. Friend got french toast and loved it. I got bacon, toast, pancake and eggs. I was really disappointed in my food. Eggs had no flavor and my bacon was very, very, very salty. I thought with the wonderful goodies in the front case, my eggs would be awesome. Oh well

We stopped by Simply Delicious Cafe & Bakery for breakfast while on vacation in Florida. The Yelp reviews made it a must have place for us, and I can say it was pretty good! Ambiance: It has a very mom and pop ambiance. That being said, if your looking for top notch quick service it might not be the best place to go. It has a very laid back, and homie feel. Coffee: I love coffee with my breakfast, so this is a big deal for me. The coffee was watery, and not very good. That being said, thats my only big complaint and the main reason for the 4 star review instead of 5. Food: Well, the food was down right delicious! I dont think any of us disliked our meals, and the biscuits were great! Staff, Service, and Wait Time: The staff is busy, and the wait is long. If your looking to grab a quick meal this is definitely not the place to go. This being said, things were really smooth considering how busy they were. Overall, I have to say its a great place. No complaints, so its a 4 of 5 stars from me! Definitely worth stopping by if your in the area! Thanks, Connor Brady

I love this place. Small but cute interior and the best service in the world. The owner is friendly and they have the best breakfast around. Get the Crab eggs benedict or the Sausage gravy and biscuits, they aren't playing around. This is good food at a great price. If you're in Cocoa you must eat here

This place is as the name suggests, Simply Delicious. We waited about 10 minutes at 11:15 am on a Tuesday, which was totally worth it. It's a popular place for a reason. I had an American cheese, onion, bacon and tomato omelette which was 3" thick and so darn good. The homemade rye bread was some of the best I've had. The grits were just ok, clearly not their specialty, but we're good after a salt and butter addition. My wife had the oatmeal and multigrain bread which she loved. It was hard to keep her from stealing bites of my omelette. Good value, great service, better food.

Really great breakfast! The stuffed French toast was very tasty. You can also build your own omelets and crepes. They have homemade fresh bread which makes the world of a difference. The restaurant was very busy and we had 5 people in front of us waiting, but it still only took about 10 minutes to get seated and the staff was so friendly! I'm really glad I stopped here for breakfast before the beach .... The only down side is that now I'm not feeling too thin in my bikini after such a huge, delicious meal!! LOL!

Probably the best restaurant I have eaten at in a long time. We checked in at or motel after a drive and wanted something like a Panera Bread. We asked the Motel check-in agent and she recommended this restaurant. She was spot on. While not much like Panera Bread, there was nothing in the area that would have been similar. Simply Delicious is a perfect name because that describes the food perfectly. The waitress was awesome and took great care of us. I don't give 5 stars on reviews often, but this restaurant is worth more than 5 stars.

Visiting Simply Delicious sent me into a short period of restaurant reflection. It was an enlightening experience that caused me to realize how many restaurants cut corners to save money or time, aiming to balance their costs & efforts with customer satisfaction. At Simply Delicious, I felt like there is no "balance." It's 100% effort to achieve 100% satisfaction. It's all in the details, and the details are in the food. I had forgotten how nice it was to have someone in the kitchen that cares. I was already enjoying my eggs benedict and fresh baked bread when they brought out smiley-faced pancakes for my kids. I nearly shed tears as I realized that I wasn't just falling in love with Simply Delicious, I was falling out of love with everyone else.

I'd give it 4.5 stars if possible, only because the cookies we took to go were average not as great as everything else we had that morning. I had the quiche with 1/2 potatoes & 1/2 fruit & it was awesome! I was full but not overstuffed! My mom got the eggs benedict & the same sides & bragged that the eggs were perfectly cooked & the homemade english muffin bread was great! The coffee was good too! It's a great atmosphere and pretty quick service. It's a definitely well stashed treasure! You could drive by & miss it! Parking is a bit tight.

Ordered grouper sub sandwich and fruit plate. Grouper was good and served on a plain white roll. Came with a hugggge side salad. Fruit plate wasn't fresh; soggy watermelon and melons. Atmosphere is sunny, easy going and very casual. We were underwhelmed when we came in that no one greeted us. We asked how long the wait was and were seated immediately. I would come back to try something else, but not before trying another local brunch spot, however, I hear they offer a weekend brunch buffet that is worth checking out.

We were in Cocoa Beach for a quick weekend getaway and happened upon SImply Delicious. Reviews were favorable but some mentioned price being a concern. Didn't mind at all. We walked in before 9 as some of the reviewers had mentioned and were seated right away. It was my wife and I plus our 4 year old special needs son.We walked in and it was delightfully beachy as far as the decor goes. Bright colors everywhere, but not too overwhelming. We were greeted and seated right away by a smiling face who took our order for coffee. The menu is a little intimidating, but we figured it out fairly quick. The young lady who served us was very accomodating and thoughtful. We placed our orders. I had the Stuffed French Toast with strawberries and cream cheese, my wife had an omelet while our son had the kids pancakes. We also had her bring out a couple of biscuits before the meal due to our son needing a little something to keep him calm. Did I mention the biscuits were the size of a small salad plate? Very warm, moist and flaky. She also brought out a trio of jams/butters to go with them. The food came shortly after and the portions were incredible. I would have easily been satisfied with a 1/2 order of the french toast. It was however, so good I did not want to stop eating it. I also had a side of potatoes w/onions. Those were equally as good. I did not hear my wife speak at all as she devoured her breakfast as well. The four year old ate as fast as he could shovel the food in. Our coffee was never empty and she always asked if it was ok to refill, she did not want to mess up a "perfect cup". She even offered to make them to go as we were finishing up. I went to pay and regretted not saving room for some of the incredibly delicious looking goodies in the dessert case. I also asked the lady at the cash register about our server because she was incredible and took the time to meet our needs without being pushy or overbearing. She was what everyone wants in a server. I was told that this young lady was the owner! Wow. She owns it, works in it and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. When Sunday morning rolled around, there was no question where we were going. While our hotel may have offered a free breakfast, it was not even close to being comparable to what we had at Simply Delicious. SUnday Brunch offered even more choices with the addition of homemade baked goods on a table. We will always make this our breakfast of choice from now on when passing through or staying in the Cocoa beach area.

Before I go further I need to explain why I am not goving 5 stars to this restaurant.... My only problem with this restaurant was the menu. The menu is a complete mess and kinda hard to read because the items are all over the place. After you pass that you gona love every bit of this restaurant. The decoration, the service, and the food is delicious. The portions are huge and fresh. I think this is one of the few places that actually make everything fresh and healthy(dont look for french fries as side dish.... I tried and found out they dont offer french fries). The side dishes include a cup of fresh fruit, pasta salad, salad, or homemade cookies. You cant go wrong in this place just be ready to wait at least 10-15 min to be seated.

Fantastic food!!! decided to try the omelet with Ham, Cheese, mushrooms and Greek olives an awesome surprise how good it was. The Greek olives (brine) added a great spin. My wife loved the crepes. Worth every bit of 5 stars

This place was nothing short of amazing! We found it after returning to Port Canaveral from a cruise. Before we hit the road to return home, we wanted to grab some breakfast and this restaurant did not disappoint. Kind of a mom and pop type place, but the food was delicious and the service was great. Our server was attentive and the food was brought out in good time. The portions were pretty huge as well. Another thing I liked about this place is that they make their own bread and I could taste the freshness in my English muffins. I got the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and also stuffed french toast with banana and Nutella! Mmm :) They were huge slices and of course I had to take some home. My boyfriend also got a steak and egg dish he seemed to enjoy very much. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try any of the sweets they had at the display counter, but they sure looked good. Highly recommend this place for breakfast to anyone in the area.

Great spot; delicious and healthy portions of grinde food! Loved it BUT.... 50 minute wait from arrival to food served, which is one reason for the 4-stars. Also close quarters hard to have a conversation.

  • Javi S.

Ok, I don't like giving five stars up front, but this place deserves it. Owned by a couple, the husband runs the kitchen and the wife runs the front office. There was a 30 minute wait on Sunday morning around 9:30AM but with a reason. All bread is freshly baked on premises and sets the stage for their premier french toast. Just to give you an idea a half order can be enough for two or three persons sharing. They are stuffed with many options but we opted for the Banana which was delicious! The menu is about 5 pages long and double sided so there is something for everyone. Fresh home made cakes and baked goods are available for purchase and there is also an open table buffet on Sunday which looked phenomenal. Will most likely visit again when ever I am back in the Cocoa Beach area. 5 stars.

Excellent food. Owner was super nice and waited on us. Food was way generous in portions and could only eat half. I ordered omelet, which you could get 5 toppings, side and toast and spouse got breakfast sandwich that was several inches thick. Very sweet counter too!

Found this little gem courtesy of another app but it was not wrong! Staying in town for girls weekend, headed over a little after ten o'clock on Sunday. The place was jumping! The group ordered the traditional eggs Benedict, the Seafood Benedict with smoked salmon, a massive egg white omelet, and a pancake with coconut mixed into the batter. This brunch did NOT disappoint. The staff did a great job of managing the Sunday morning chaos. The cappuccino was cinnamon and foam perfection. Next time you're in the area...get on over to Simply Delicious Cafe!

It was very crowded on a Sunday morning -- I suspect that was due to tourists, like me. There was no good place to wait for a table inside, and it was rather hot outside (again, I'm a tourist), but that was the only real downside of this restaurant. The restaurant seems to be a converted house, and there are parking spaces in the back. The food was good -- though not terribly memorable. I did really enjoy the homemade bread though. It was the type you might make at home in a bread machine. it was a very nice touch.

This place epitomizes the adage that a great restaurant is all about an owner that cares about the people they serve and takes pride in what is served to them. The food is awesome, the service southern polite and respectful. The charming little building makes you feel like a personal guest of the proprietor. You get a sense that this wonderful young lady would rather swim in a fast food fryer then let a guest leave anything less than gratified and satisfied. If you do not have room for a sweet to complete your meal get one to go (and share). As a before bed snack it guarantees a happy ending to your day

OUTSTANDING! Amazing service and massive portions of deliciously seasoned food. I enjoyed one of their omelettes and the turkey sausage was wonderful. My husband said his eggs Benedict was the best he's ever had (and that's his fave). Homemade biscuits and what looked to be house made orange marmalade, strawberry jam, and apple butter) too. I HIGHLY recommend the red potatoes and onions as a side dish as well. All in all, an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

This place is fantastic. So much so we've gone there twice while being here. The stuffed French toast, regular French toast, pancakes, eggs & bacon are all amazing. The bacon looks over cooked but don't let that fool you. It melts in your mouth. The only downside, very pricey. For a family of 5 on a Sunday our bill was $75. Yikes!!!

  • Ron D.

Sunday brunch... We arrived around 10:45 with about a 40 minute wait. Well worth waiting. Eggs Benedict were very good along with roasted potatoes. DW had French toast which she described as excellent. We would go back!

  • Kile P.

This is one of the best breakfast joints in Cocoa Beach. They make most of their goods in house, and their bread is absolutely phenomenal. The stuffed french toast is probably one of my favorite, as well as the grilled PB&J. I've tried their lunch a few times, and while good it definitely didn't wow me like their breakfast food did.

  • Bryan M.

This place is delicious and the portions are enormous! I ordered a short stack and the bisquits and gravy as well (I had 2 breakfast cravings that wouldn't cooperate) and there was so much food! I enjoyed both very much but couldn't finish either as much as I wanted to! The 2 bisquits are enough to fill a large plate when split and the gravy is generous. I will go back! My ONLY con? Parking nearby is limited and curb color coding is very important. DO NOT PARK BY A CURB THAT IS NOT GREEN - EVEN IF EVERYONE ELSE IS PARKING THERE....unless you like parking tickets, that is! You've been warned, now go enjoy some breakfast!

  • Lee C.

I love everything about this amazing little restaurant and bakery. I have been going for years and have never been disappointed. The food is spectacular. My husband always gets the breakfast sandwich on their homemade bread. I am one to try something new every time. I do love the omlettes with a side of the potatoes and onions. I also get a side of bread because it's not to miss! We have also ordered cakes from Simply Delicious and they are to do due for. The frosting is light and just perfectly sweet. The cake is moist and flavored just right. All the sweet treats in the cases at the front are amazing and it's nice to take one home after any meal to enjoy as a snack. You can't go wrong making a stop here.

Amazing! My boyfriend said it would be worth the drive from Orlando just to eat here on a day off. They make their own bread and biscuits. I had crab Benedict, he had omelette that was huge with tons of cheese, and we shared biscuits and gravy. Everything was amazing but still needed three boxes!

Absolutely nothing on this menu wouldn't be considered fabulous. Definitely worth the wait and be prepared to wait if you go on a Sunday morning. Large portions and freshly baked breads and cookies. Street parking should be easy to find and if not it's a beautiful walk downtown. Enjoy!

We went for breakfast on 8/22/13 based upon the reviews I read here. What a find! It was, how to I put this, simply delicious! I had the Fresh Start breakfast with scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon, and potatoes. I ordered a homemade biscuit and it was oh so flaky and delicious. One of the best, most filling breakfasts I've had in a while. The other two in my party had their french toast, one regular and one stuffed with fresh blueberries. The dishes are made with homemade thick sliced bread and if you decide to get a full order, plan on sharing! The service was friendly and fast - even with our arriving moments behind a large group. I highly recommend and would easily take a weekend drive over (about and hour) just to experience it again.

Still drooling....... We don't travel to good ole' Cocoa often but when we do, this is our breakfast joint of choice. What does it take to get a Simply Delicious up in Ohio? This place is, well, simply delicious. As fresh as our palates can taste! Love the fruit salad option! Always refreshing. Upon our last visit we both got benedicts and a waffle to share. everything is well balanced. Not over salted. Just a perfect way to start your day. Havent seen the kitchen, but must be small with one person whipping up great food. However ticket times are not the fastest. warning if you are trying to get to a park early. BUT THE FOOD IS WORTH THE WAIT! When you go. Please be sure to grab a baked good to take home they are a great snack for later! well we think they would be...ours never make it home :/ Until next time SD, keep on cracking amazing food. you are as good as it gets.

The Bomb! Came to this place on vacation due to a recommendation from my aunt. She did not steer us wrong. This place is a small quaint breakfast spot. The portions are HUGE! I got an omelet and it was fantastic. My BF got an omelet too because he's a copy cat. We both also got the potatoes as the side and they were soooo good. I got a grilled muffin too- which my BF couldn't have any of because it was on the same shelf as some other baked goods with nuts and he's allergic. Which was good for me because I didn't want to share it anyway. All in all this place is a must stop for a great breakfast while in Cocoa. Must go!

We love this place! A friendly Mom and Pop breakfast joint with the BEST breads and baked goods I've ever had, not to mention kitschy beachy colored interior and friendly service. The owners have always been good to us cruise employees who come in hoping for some home-cooked breakfast--- FREE Wifi too :-) Definitely recommend it to all that I meet.

What an awesome place for breakfast or brunch! ! We also saw some amazing desserts. Honestly it felt like we were right at home. Bright and shabby chic decor. We were seated in a small back room that was equipped for the littles with some toys and high chairs. The food was delicious and the bacon was made thick, crispy, and delicious. The eggs benedict was quite delicious with a nice homemade hollandaise sauce. Portions are quite generous. We got two pancakes and it was plenty for our 2 boys to split. Our waitress was amazing and even sent us home with iced coffee to go and cups for the leftover chocolate milk the kids had. Wonderful little Breakfast in Cocoa Beach!

Visiting from Utah before we departed on a cruise we discovered this cafe for breakfast and were so happy with our choice. The cafe was cute and fun and our breakfast was delicious. I ordered the Crab Eggs Benedict and loved them. My kids had waffles and French toast which were also so yummy.

We enjoyed a superb breakfast when we visited Simply Delicious in early August this year. We were getting ready for a day out at the Kennedy Space Center and needed a big breakfast to set us up. They delivered, I had eggs benedict that was the best, the hollandaise a perfect balance of rich and sharp, the other members of the party had a cooked breakfast complete with fresh baked doorstop bread and a waffle - both as good as the eggs. The service was attentive and efficient. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great breakfast in Cocoa Beach.

OMG this place is so damn good! I've been coming to Cocoa beach for 8 years and am so sad that I didn't find out about it until now. I had the Stuffed French Toast, made with homemade bread! Wow was it delicious! I mean, DELICIOUS! It's super huge, I could barely eat a quarter of it, so I definitely recommend sharing it. My gf got a croissant egg sandwich with potatoes and she couldn't stop raving about it. I wish there was a restaurant like this near me because I would eat here every day!

My husband and I stumbled upon this little cafe after we left our cruise ship which docked at Cape Canaveral. It was breakfast time and we were on the hunt for some good eats. It's only located about 10mins away from the cruise ship terminals and it's worth the little detour. Overall this is a cute little stop with all your favorite brunch and breakfast items. They also have really fresh homemade jam that was so delicious on their house made bread. That's how you know this place is legit, is that they make their own bread and jam... no smuckers in little individual plastic packets here. I got the omelet which was delicious and the orange juice was very fresh. I don't think you can go wrong with any item on the menu. This was a great find.

Yummy breakfast! The stuffed French toast is out of this world. It's enough to feed two people.

Got here at 915 and sat right down. Food and service were terrific. Stuffed french toast is HUGE and the breakfast sandwich tasty.

  • Brooke H.

  • Cathy A.

Yikes!!!

    (4)

  • Matt R.

Amazing! My boyfriend said it would be worth the drive from Orlando just to eat here on a day off. They make their own bread and biscuits. I had crab Benedict, he had omelette that was huge with tons of cheese, and we shared biscuits and gravy. Everything was amazing but still needed three boxes!

  • M P.

I had a breakfast burrito with a side of home fries and my boyfriend had an omelette. It was to die for, lots of food, we couldn't finish our food. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

  • Libby V.

  • Adrianne H.

Two words......Simply Delicious. If your considering the French Toast, I would recommend the half-order. It was plenty of food and we had left overs. The chocolate chip stuffing in the French Toast may require an insulin shot, but it was well worth it.

Delicious food - breakfast and lunch both available. Came from beach - staff didn't blink at our sandy feet and wet hair. Would love to try more menu items. Kids loved the build-your-own breakfast sandwiches for lunch and I loved the turkey Reuben.

Great food! Great service! We had eggs bene - one full order and one half order for my wife. My daughter and her friend split the french toast with nutella. Lots of food and was all soooo good! We will be back in the next day or two to try the waffles!

THE best breakfast in this area! The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5-stars is it always seems to take awhile when I eat here. It can get very busy, but what do you expect from a place that does such good food!? Overall, they have a creative menu and just awesome food!

Kudos!

We love to bring visiting guests here. Larry and Chia care about quality food and excellent service. The piña colada cake is a must have. I just ordered a whole one for my birthday cake. The quesadillas are awesome, homemade tortillas and you can create any kind you like. I also like their raspberry tea.

This place has a bangin' breakfast! I would recommend one order of stuffed french toast with PB&J, and share it with your friend. There is too much food for one person, unless you're a very hungry person!

What a pleasant surprise, brunch was delicious! Homemade English muffins and pastries. We took a key lime pie to go! Service was very accommodating, all in a quaint Wood frame house turned cafe! Wonderful Floridian decor.

Really good. The best breakfast I had the whole week and it figures that we found this place the last day we were there. I had strawberry stuffed French toast and it was great!

This is a great local restaurant to take visitors. The dessert are also amazing! I'd eat here everyday if my wallet and waistline could afford it!

This is a very creative restaurant with good food. Very busy breakfast with a wait by 9:00 am during our recent visit on a Saturday morning. The food was good, not great. Significantly better than most breakfast restaurants. The service was a little delayed.

I live some what near this diamond in the rough. You walk into a place that's more than just warm and inviting with it's eccentric colors. It's eccentric array of food offers even the picky eatery no room to complain.

The perfect place for brunch. Great food, generous portions and yummy coffees. My husband and I are huge fans of their stuffed french toast. The service is a little slow, so don't go when you're in a hurry.

Awesome menu and the food and service are great. The food is fresh, reasonably priced and the bread is homemade. The atmosphere is pleasant too. I highly recommend it.

Casual place with very friendly staff. Our lunch was excellent. The homemade bread was wonderful. Salads and sandwiches were fresh and yummy. Loved it!

Hint hint.

This place is pretty damn delicious. I order the stuffed french toast and the food that arrived was bigger than my head. Any time I am in Cocoa Beach around breakfast, this place is on my to-do list.

Best place for breakfast in cocoa beach... Period. I'm so full, I gorged myself today; I had an omelette 2 pancakes and biscuits.everything was perfect both food and service. They deserve these 5 stars.

Love it!

I stopped in for some "to go" items. I got a nice selection of cookies and pastry as well as a loaf of their fresh white bread. The bread is so good! I love fresh bread. Cookies and pastry were fresh and very tasty.

If you are a foodie then this is the place for you. They have the most amazing breakfast around and you can pair your breakfast order with an amazing treat from the bakery whether it is a muffin, slice of cake, cookies or other delicious baked good. This place is a must!!!

Good. Out of the way but decent place for breakfast. Atmosphere leaves lots to be desired and service is pretty slow but food is well made and portions are excellent. They also aren't very well set up for large groups, although they were accommodating and made it work.

  • Kimberly J.

Excellent breakfast, fairly priced. At least as good as Maureen's Kitchen, which serves the best breakfast in Long Island, NY.

The portion sizes are HUGE!! The french toast can definately be shared and the Ruben is wonderful! We will go back!

Thick-sliced homemade bread makes their stuffed French toast addictive. Get the strawberry!

Just came from breakfast. This is a cute family run restaurant. The stuffed French toast was great and hash browns tasty. I would recommend this place just a little pricey but worth it.

This was such a great find for us while on vacation. Such a quirky little place that is so cheerful and happily different from other places. The food is fresh, delicious, and excellent. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

SDCB is great place to have breakfast. Try the breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, ham and a croissant. It comes with a side. The turkey sausage is good. If you like french toast, order it here. The portions are generous and the food is hot!

This is a great place to celebrate a small baby shower or just to get a meal in a small local business. This is one of those places you find and fall in love with, fantastic food and atmosphere is super homie

Excellent Breakfast. Steak and Eggs the way it should be Filet Mignon cooked perfectly to order. Side of gravy was enough for both of our biscuits. Definitely worth the wait!

Was going to eat here as a local recommended it, but 2 eggs home fries and toast started at 10 dollars!! Too expensive for me even with fresh baked bread!!

This is my very favorite place to eat in Cocoa Beach. The quality of food is superb. Every item is made with great care. The owners are so hospitable that it makes you WANT to patronize them. If you are ever in the area, stop. I've never seen one person disappointed. Very fresh and tastes wonderful.

Wow. Stuffed French toast with apples!!!! Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. Small, but good if you can find a seat. It's worth the wait. We only waited 5 minutes, so that's not bad at all!
